When Brandon and Maddi asked me to photograph their wedding I was so excited because they previously had me photograph their surprise proposal. It was incredibly sweet getting to witness Brandon proposing to Maddison, photographing their engagements and then seeing them tie the knot!

When Brandon came to me to book their proposal session he wanted Maddison to think we were just doing a portrait session downtown Greenville. Little did she know, he was about to propose! We started at the bottom of Falls Park in downtown Greenville and took our time stopping at different spots to take photos. It was so exciting knowing what was about to happen! I can only imagine how many butterflies Brandon was feeling during the session!!

After we walked around Falls Park, we made it to the Wyche Pavilion where Brandons sisters set up candles for them to walk through. As they walked into the pavilion Maddison had no idea that this was all for them! Her expression and surprise was absolutely beautiful.

Capturing the emotion of this moment was pure bliss. Serving my clients in a way that will last for years to come never gets old. These are the moments that we’ll be sitting in our living rooms with our children sharing the love and history of our families. The moments that are marks of changes of seasons.

Brandon and Maddison got married in November at The Venue at Edgewood. One thing I love about this venue is that it has beautiful options for an outdoor or indoor ceremony. This can be a game changer to relieve stress in case of rain.

Brandon and Maddison decided to wait until walking down the isle for their first look and it was perfect. We had plenty of time scheduled after the ceremony for just the two of them.

How incredible is Maddison’s wedding dress?! The sleeves made the perfect touch for their fall wedding. She found her dress at Madison Carolina Bridal located in Simpsonville, South Carolina.

The way that they combined their color palette from the flowers to the ceremony details flowed so well. I love how they incorporated their colors into the groomsmen attire. You can find Brandon’s attire at Men’s Warehouse.

They had such a fun exit with a hyped group and glow in the dark wands!✨
